SOB - Milwaukee
1 ENTERS THE BALL TO THE 5
1 FOLLOWS THE PASS. 5 DRIBBLE HAND OFFS WITH THE 1.
4 SETS AN ON BALL SCREEN FOR THE 1
AS 1 IS COMING OFF THE ON BALL SCREEN. 3 AND 2 SET UP SCREENS FOR THE 5 TO CUT TO THE POST.
IF THE POST IS COVERED, YOU MIGHT HAVE OPTION TO POP THE 4 (IF YOU HAVE A STRETCH 4) OR A SCREEN THE SCREENER OPTION TO BRING THE 2 TO THE TOP OF THE KEY.

5-2 Video
At the end of the video, the law of conservation will be introduced. This video clinches the connection between Work & Kinetic Energy. Our class will use the phrase "Work-Kinetic Energy" Theorem to analyze systems from the angle of work or KE.
Work and Energy (part 2): More on work. Introduction to Kinetic and Potential Energies.

Secondary Offense???
Possible Read: An option to our standard transition offense. If their are 3 Defenders back and the 5 hasn't gotten there yet. Dribble handoff to the corner man (by that time the 5 will be there for a ball screen)
Another option is run it out of normal set (but trailing big sets a ball screen after the hand-off to corner) After ball screen, big uses ball-side low post as a back screen.

4-4 Powerpoint for Monday Homework - 10/22/12
Ok - I tried the Powerpoint with Narration again. I thought that my drawings on the screen would be recorded as well, but they weren't. There will be some parts where I am talking about an arrow or something that doesn't show up on the screen. Just use your imagination, and you'll be fine. This is going to be so cool when I figure out the best technology to use. If anyone has a wireless mic available, I'd certainly love to borrow it.

- 1.
Objectives:
- Explain the relationship between the motion of an object and the net external force acting on it.
- Determine the net external force on an object.
- Calculate the force required to bring an object into equilibrium.
1. Begin with Khan Academy's Description of the 1st Law - Select Khan Academy Physics and Newton's First Law.
2. Continue by linking to http://www.hippocampus.org/Physics;jsessionid=00182F48489E84B6624F550BA9733F82?view=Textbooks
and view the information about the 1st Law. You can stop when the video goes into the 2nd Law.
3. Video on Angel under Lessons --> Chapter 4 --> Newton's First Law Video
This can be downloaded to desktop so no connection needed.
4. Continue with some Readings about Newton's First Law
Especially look this one over about equilibrium
